Just as, according to the materialist, forms of matter are inherent in matter itself, they have not come from outside, so also the ideas can be inherently present in consciousness. The Saiva philsophers hold that the 3iva-consciousness has not borrowed the ideas from any where else, the ideas are inherent in itself.
