LAMY Limited Warranty

The LAMY Limited Warranty only applies to LAMY products purchased from Authorized Resellers of LAMY in the Philippines.  LAMY Authorized Resellers in the Philippines should be able to provide you with a documented proof of purchase and a LAMY Warranty Card.   LAMY products purchased outside the country, or from non-authorized sellers are not covered by the warranty.  


The terms and conditions indicated below should apply to purchases made through LAMY Philippines online store (lamyphilippines.com), and selected dealers across the country.  Should you have questions about the status of your warranty or repair or have questions about the authenticity of a LAMY dealer or LAMY product, please contact us.  For other repair questions or concerns, please read the Repairs and Returns page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I.  This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of LAMY products, or to whoever the original purchaser has given, gifted, or assigned the products to.  Only customers purchasing LAMY products from authorized LAMY retailers or resellers in the Philippines, providing Proof of Purchase or the SERVICE WARRANTY CARD are eligible to avail of the conditions of this warranty.


II.  LAMY guarantees that our products will be repaired or replaced at no charge in case of possible flaws in material or workmanship within two years of date of purchase.  However, this warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:


   a.  Normal wear and tear from use of product

   b.  Mishandling or improper use of product

   c.  Use of inks and / refills manufactured by other brands

   d.  Unauthorized repairs by non-LAMY personnel


III.  Cases of repair or service requests NOT covered by this warranty are subject to evaluation for feasibility of repair or replacement.  For example, LAMY may not be able to repair non-warranty items which are damaged beyond repair, or where spare parts are no longer available.


IV.  Repairs or service requests NOT covered by this warranty may be subject to a Service Fee for labor or processing costs.  This Service Fee will be waived however, upon the presentation of the Service Warranty Card or proof of Purchase in the Philippines.


For service under this warranty, please return product to authorized LAMY retail outlet representative along with the Service Warranty Card or original receipt as proof of purchase.
