Can I order online?

Yes, you will be able to order safely online through LAMY's official online store in the Philippines,

You may also visit websites of other authorized resellers who offer online selling.  Kindly contact us to get more information about authorized resellers in the Philippines.

Will you provide Official Receipt?

Yes we include an official receipt / invoice together with all orders as proof of purchase.

What items are included in my order of LAMY pen?

Typically, all LAMY pens are served in a LAMY gift box, and includes the LAMY Philippine Warranty Card, and receipt.  All Pen orders (unless otherwise specified) should include a LAMY gift bag (so you can easily give the pen as a gift!) too!  

Some pens come in special or extra large gift boxes too (but may not include a standard gift bag if the gift box is too large).  

LAMY Fountain Pens typically come with an ink converter and ink cartridges, too (but this also depends on the actual pen ordered).  

Can I have my LAMY pens engraved?

At the moment, does not offer engraving services via our online portal.  However, if you have bought your LAMY pen from an authorized reseller in the Philippines, you can bring your LAMY pen to the LAMY Concept Store at Glorietta 2, or LAMY Ayala Manila Bay together with proof of purchase, and the LAMY team there will be happy to have your pen engraved.  

Please note:  not all LAMY pens can be safely engraved while maintaining their good looks.  Please check with us if the pen is engravable.

Is there free delivery?  Is delivery fee charged upon checkout?

At the moment, we are still working on the mechanics for free delivery.  

Delivery fees are charged at the time of checkout.  Please see DELIVERY section below for the delivery fees being charged

I am ordering on behalf of our company / I have specially large orders.  Who can I contact?

Please contact for your corporate or large orders.  Our account executive will get in touch with you to assist you better.

Can I have my LAMY orders printed or engraved with our corporate logo?

If your orders meet the minimum order quantities for printing, we will be able to work with you to print LAMY pens with your corporate logo or branding.  In some cases we can do multi-color printing, and laser engraving.  There may be additional fees involved, and depending on the quantity and complexity, some lead time may be required.  Please contact us at for more information.


What payment methods are accepted?  

At the moment, we accept payment via Bank Deposit (through BDO), and by Credit Card through PayPal.  

Both payment methods are subject to clearing and verification of received payment, prior to delivery.

We are working with other payment providers to provide access at the moment.  

How do we conduct Bank Deposit transfers?

At checkout, you will be given our Bank Account information at BDO.  Once you have made payment (either through Online bank transfer, check or bank deposit, or other means), kindly message us with your order number and screenshot or photo of the proof of purchase for easy verification.  Once your payment is verified, we can process your order.

How soon can my bank transfer payment be verified?

It depends on the payment method used.  In some cases (like regular online Bank Transfers, check deposits, or PesoNET), payment clearing may take up to 1-2 business days, subject to bank clearing times (usually the cutoff is before 12noon for same day or end of day clearing).  InstaPay transactions often reflect almost immediately.  Note that bank transfers, PesoNET and InstaPay are subject to fees charged by your bank.

Do you accept COD (cash-on-delivery) payment?

At the moment we do not accept Cash-on-Delivery payment method, but we will be working on that soon


Do you deliver everywhere in the Philippines?

We work with reputable third-party delivery (such as NinjaVan or LBC or others) to deliver your orders to you!  

Deliveries to Metro Manila and all other major cities should be supported.  We will also be able to deliver to most areas of the Philippines as long as they are within the delivery area of the above delivery providers.  If your delivery location turns out to be un-deliverable by our third party logistics provider, we will to facilitate a refund for you as soon as possible.  If you are not sure if your delivery area is serviceable by the above two delivery providers, please contact us.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries can take up to 1 week for locations around Metro Manila, and up to 2-3 weeks for outside Metro Manila, from date of shipping.  

However, we have heard some deliveries can be even as short as 1 day within Metro Manila and even less than a week for outside Metro Manila!  

Please note that delivery times mentioned above are not quoted service levels and will depend on payment clearing, order preparation and courier lead times, and may occasionally be affected by bad weather, government restrictions, or other reasons.  

I am in a hurry.  Can i have items picked up instead?

If you wish to have your items picked up immediately, we recommend to contact either our LAMY Concept Store at Glorietta 2 or LAMY Ayala Manila Bay in Metro Manila.  They will be able to facilitate ordering, payment, (and even engraving!), and can work with messenger services (such as Grab or Lalamove) for pick ups.  Processing can be same or next day, depending on payment approval.  If you have special requests, please contact us so we can discuss how to help you.

Please note:  orders via Grab or Lalamove are at the risk of the buyer since the insurance level of those providers are minimal.  

Will you pack my order properly / carefully?

We have successfully shipped LAMY pens and products around the Philippines.  We use bubble wrap and other packaging materials to ensure your product is delivered safelly to you.  Rest assured we will take great care to pack your items carefully before shipping.  

Is my order / shipment insured?

We will take care of declaring insurance for your order up to the full value of your order, if available with the provider.  If the service provider loses your order or delivers the item in poor condition, just let us know and we will take care of you.  Please note however, that you must report any delivery situation to us within 3 days upon receipt of the item.  And to help us, it would be best if you take photos of your parcel / delivery prior to opening it.  

Do you have free delivery?

Not at the moment.  But we are working to come up with some promotional offers that may help, soon!

How much is the delivery fee?

At the moment, delivery fees are:

PHP 100 within metro Manila

PHP 200 for outside Metro Manila
